This privacy policy applies to the Rolli app (hereinafter "Application") for mobile devices created by DHPark (hereinafter "Service Provider") as a freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
Information We CollectThe Application does not require user registration and does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or age. We only use an anonymous session ID generated through Supabase Anonymous Authentication to maintain your current session.
Automatically collected technical information may include:
To provide real-time AI language learning features (Voice Activity Detection, speech-to-text, and pronunciation evaluation), the Application requires microphone access. Audio data is sent to our server, which forwards it to the OpenAI API for real-time processing. The audio is transmitted securely via TLS/HTTPS encryption and is immediately and permanently deleted after processing.
We do not store any audio files on our servers. Furthermore, in accordance with OpenAI's API policies, your transmitted audio data is never used to train OpenAI's underlying AI models.
Conversation Logs (Text Data)Only the transcribed text (conversation history) is stored on our server using your anonymous session ID to maintain conversation continuity. These text logs are completely unlinked from your real-world identity and are retained only until you delete them or the session ends. Again, no audio data is ever stored on our servers.
The Application does not collect precise location data.
Third-Party Services and Data SharingData is shared only with the following third-party services strictly for providing the service:
International Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States (location of Supabase, OpenAI, and Google Firebase servers). We take appropriate safeguards in accordance with Korean personal information protection laws and international standards.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Opt-OutAudio data is never retained. Text conversation logs linked to your anonymous session are retained until you manually delete them, and in any case for no longer than one (1) year from the date of creation, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. You can delete all your conversation and learning data instantly at any time by navigating to Profile > 대화/학습 기록 영구 삭제 (Delete Conversation & Learning Data) within the Application. This will permanently delete all conversation history and learning data from our servers.
Additionally, you can stop all future collection of information simply by uninstalling the Application, which will also clear your local session cache. For any assistance regarding data deletion, you may contact us at tmvlt1010@gmail.com.
Children's PrivacyThe Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe your child has used the Application, please contact us at tmvlt1010@gmail.com so we can delete any associated anonymous data immediately.
SecurityWe use industry-standard safeguards, including TLS encryption for all transmissions to the OpenAI API and Supabase, to protect the limited anonymous data we process.
Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date.

실시간 AI 언어 학습 기능(음성 활동 감지, 음성 인식 및 발음 평가)을 제공하기 위해 애플리케이션은 마이크 접근 권한이 필요합니다. 음성 데이터는 당사 서버를 경유하여 OpenAI API로 전송됩니다. 모든 데이터는 TLS/HTTPS 암호화를 통해 안전하게 전송되며, 처리 즉시 영구적으로 파기됩니다.
당사는 서버에 어떠한 음성 파일도 저장하지 않습니다. 또한 OpenAI의 API 정책에 따라, 전송된 음성 데이터는 OpenAI의 기반 AI 모델 학습에 절대 사용되지 않습니다.
대화 기록 (텍스트 데이터)대화의 연속성 유지를 위해 음성에서 변환된 텍스트(대화 기록)만이 익명 세션 ID와 연결되어 당사 서버에 저장됩니다. 이 텍스트 기록은 귀하의 실제 신원을 식별할 수 있는 정보와 연동되지 않으며, 귀하가 직접 삭제하거나 세션이 만료될 때까지만 보관됩니다. 다시 한번 강조하지만, 음성 데이터 자체는 당사 서버에 절대 저장되지 않습니다.

제3자 서비스 및 데이터 공유서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자 서비스에 한하여 필요한 데이터가 공유됩니다:

데이터 보유 기간, 파기 및 수집 거부음성 데이터는 보관되지 않고 즉시 파기됩니다. 익명 세션 ID 기반의 텍스트 대화 기록은 귀하가 수동으로 삭제할 때까지 보관되며, 어떠한 경우에도 생성일로부터 1년을 초과하여 보관되지 않고 자동 파기됩니다. 애플리케이션 내 프로필 > 대화/학습 기록 영구 삭제 메뉴를 통해 언제든지 모든 대화 및 학습 데이터를 즉시 파기할 수 있습니다.

아동 개인정보 보호본 애플리케이션은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 13세 미만 아동의 데이터를 고의로 수집하지 않으며, 만약 자녀가 애플리케이션을 사용하여 익명 데이터가 생성되었다고 판단되는 경우 tmvlt1010@gmail.com으로 연락해 주시면 즉시 삭제 조치하겠습니다.
